Dogman's Tales

Shanka (26), Pierre (27) and Bastien (29) were already quite well up on rock'n'roll when they formed Destruction Incorporated : they had already released 8 albums, 2 live DVDs, and played more than 700 gigs all over the world with their respective bands.( No One Is Innocent, Lofofora and Blackstrobe)
The trio's first project, "Destruction Inc.'s Greatest Hits", based on improvisations or covers -"Mad World" (Tears for Fears) and "Down By the Water" (PJ Harvey) for instance- and featuring guest such as Elliot and Gaspard Murphy was recorded live in their own Parisian recording Studio in summer 2005.
As "Destruction Inc.'s Greatest Hits" featured many guests and was more of a studio experience, Shanka, Pierre and Bastien decided to record another album which would allow them to tour as a trio.
In summer 2006, after three months of
preproduction, they recorded "live", in true indie fashion, some new songs . Inspired by Grunge artists (David Sardy, Alice In Chains, Silverchair...), Punk/Hardcore Artists (NoMeansNo, Henry Rollins, The Stooges, Blink 182...) and many other unclassifiable bands and performers (King'sX, Mike Patton...), Destruction Incorporated translated their very own vision of rock'n'roll in these thirteen songs, based on the story of a redemption-obsessed serial killer.
